Throat Chakra Mala-Making Workshop

The throat chakra is the fifth chakra in your body's chakra system. It's associated with communication and truth. Trauma and painful experiences can block the throat chakra, making it hard to express yourself or speak your truth, often manifesting as fear, silence, or physical tension. Balancing this chakra supports healing, authentic communication, and reclaiming your voice.

In this intimate workshop you’ll learn how to string together your beads while infusing each knot with a mantra and set an intention with every bead strung. We will also make our own tassels from scratch and learn how to attach them securely to your Mala in the traditional fashion.

Malas have been used throughout time to support prayer and meditation practices, while symbolizing our connection to higher consciousness and spiritual oneness. Malas are also beautiful and worn to make us feel good.

Frosted amazonite

Amazonite helps you graciously speak up for yourself and reminds you to listen to what others have to say. This helps both parties avoid making inaccurate assumptions that might lead to hurt feelings. With this stone in hand, you are better able to discern the truth and set the boundaries with those around you who are not coming from a place of genuineness and integrity.

bLue Tiger Eye

Tiger's Eye helps you release feelings of jealousy. As you observe the nature or source of your jealousy, employ this stone to focus your attention on raising your own self-confidence. This stone also helps you master emotions during periods of emotional upheaval. It aids you when you need to remember that the sun continues to shine on you and how new beginnings are powerful times for renewal and growth.

Frosted Light Blue Jade

Jade is historically associated with good luck and beneficial results. Use this stone to change your mind, or the mind of others when necessary, about anything. It reminds you to think positively, stay focused on good outcomes, and helps you to communicate your thoughts and ideas to others. It is also helpful for visualizing ideas and beneficial results.

Frosted mongolian turquoise

Turquoise helps you to know, speak, and live your truth. This is a good stone when you need assistance with the timing of things. Know that the angels are orchestrating your life for your highest good. Turquoise is exceptionally beneficial for storytelling, journalism, and writing of any kind. It is good to gaze at while waiting for inspiration to aid you with any type of project, especially when you are experiencing a mental block.
