Heart Chakra Mala Making Workshop

The heart chakra is the fourth chakra in your body's chakra system. It's associated with compassion and forgiveness. The heart chakra's energy is all about love!

In this intimate workshop you’ll learn how to string together your beads while infusing each knot with a mantra and set an intention with every bead strung. We will also make our own tassels from scratch and learn how to attach them securely to your Mala in the traditional fashion.

Malas have been used throughout time to support prayer and meditation practices, while symbolizing our connection to higher consciousness and spiritual oneness. Malas are also beautiful and worn to make us feel good.
