This special 75-minute monthly class is perfect for anyone who is interested in yoga, building community, and/or singing!
Join me on the 1st Saturday of every month for joyful chanting and mindful movement at the upcoming Liv Bhakti Flow classes. Bhakti Flow is my unique take on combining my love of music and singing with my devotion to yoga.
This class blends Kirtan with a vinyasa practice into a unique, joyful, and memorable experience. Kirtan (chanting) is a devotional practice that helps us to uplift the mind, open the heart, and bring us inner peace. It’s the fastest, easiest, and most joyful way to quiet the monkey-mind and find some peace.
Using call-and-response mantras, which are universal sounds that resonate with our chakras (energy centers), we close our eyes and practice the sounds without worrying about our voices, the notes, or getting the words right. Eventually we pick up the chants and melt into the experience. Don’t worry about how you sound, add your unique voice to the mix and let’s all make a joyful noise together!
