60 minutes of Intro Flo in a quiet and secluded park. Appropriate for both beginners and seasoned yogis, we will explore different posture variations so that each student can challenge themselves, where ever they may be at in their fitness journey!

Slo Flo is a unique approach to yoga, integrating peace and joy into a dynamic Vinyasa style practice. All classes and sequences are catered to those who want an active practice, but may be new to yoga, or coming back to their practice after an extended time away or an injury. The practice is mix of different elements rooted in various yoga styles, such as Ashtanga, Hatha and Jivamukti. Through years of practice and continuing education, the Flo Yoga style has emerged as a stimulating, fresh and invigorating approach to the ancient tradition of yoga. Many modifications / posture variations are offered in this class, which makes it very accessible to all. Students are encouraged to do what suits them and their bodies. The benefits of this practice include maintaining balance, bone health and muscle mass, as well as increasing joint flexibility and range of motion. It also adds to a general sense of well-being and reduces stress levels.
