In this calm and relaxing 3 hour workshop you will learn how to string together Heart Chakra Gemstone Mala Beads while infusing each knot with positive and healing energy. Setting an intention with every bead strung. We will also make our own tassels from scratch and learn how to attach them securely to your Mala.
Malas have been used throughout time to support prayer and meditation practices, while symbolizing our connection to higher consciousness and spiritual oneness. Malas are also beautiful and worn to make us feel good.

Blankets, bolsters and cushions will be available to sit on, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own if you’d like to increase your comfort level. Water, tea and snacks will provided.
