Each session in this 4-week circle explores a unique aspect of trauma-informed meditation, fostering self-connection, nervous system regulation, and a sense of community. Gentle meditative practices, combined with journaling and group discussions, provide an opportunity for reflection, integration, and connection with others on a similar journey.

This circle is open to anyone, whether you’re new to meditation or have a regular practice. You’ll find a supportive and safe space where you can go at your own pace, reconnect with yourself, and feel seen and heard.
